Jon has over 20 years of merger and acquisition, strategic advisory, and business valuation experience and has successfully advised clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer and industrial products, business services, healthcare and lifesciences, and technology and media. He has closed over $2 billion in aggregate transaction value in his career. Prior to founding Stanton Park Capital, Mr. Taylor served as a Vice President at Moss Adams Capital (MAC), a West-Coast based investment banking firm. Before joining, MAC he was a Vice President with Capstone Partners.
Mr. Taylor earned his B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. While at UPenn, Jon was a midfielder for the school’s nationally ranked Men’s Lacrosse team. Later he earned an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He is a National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst (NACVA) Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Jon holds Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform State Securities Law) Securities Licenses.

Doron is a senior C-level executive with a track record of driving growth in multiple industries from early-stage to more than $1 billion in annual revenue. During his career, Doron initiated and executed numerous M&As, managed operating business units and consulted CEOs in sales processes as well as on growth strategy through M&A.
Doron is an active angel investor in early-stage companies, turnaround situations, and Venture partner in J-Ventures.
Leslie has nearly a decade of corporate finance experience. Prior to Stanton Park, he worked in Strategy and Corporate Development for Spire and Business Advisory Services for BrownRubin LLP, an accounting and business consulting firm. Leslie has a Masters in Finance from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelors in Management Information Systems, Operations, and Marketing from the University of Arizona. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation holder.
Leo is an Investment Banking Analyst at Stanton Park. He performs financial modeling, valuation analysis, and research for Stanton Park’s clients. Prior to Stanton Park he was a Business Data Analyst with Xereen LTD. He earned a BS in Information Systems and Operations Management from Suffolk University.
Nick has over 20 years of experience in various investment banking, private equity and corporate finance roles at companies both large and small companies including Citigroup, TuckerAnthony, and Pfizer. He earned a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
